The composite geomembrane bonds an HDPE or LDPE film with needle-punched nonwoven geotextile on one side (one-composite) or both sides (two-composite). The geotextile layers add protection, friction and in-plane drainage, which makes the composite ideal for slopes and projects where the liner needs mechanical shielding.
Typical Specification
| Total unit weight | 200 – 1500 g/m² |
|---|---|
| Film thickness | 0.2 – 1.5 mm |
| Geotextile | 100 – 600 g/m² PET / PP nonwoven |
| Width | 2 – 6 m |
| CBR burst strength | ≥ 2.0 – 6.0 kN (by spec) |
Key Advantages
- Impermeable film plus protective geotextile in one roll
- Higher interface friction for steep slopes
- Reduced construction steps and welding points
Applications
- Canal and reservoir lining
- Landfill cover systems
- Railway and highway subgrade anti-seepage
- Rooftop greening and underground engineering
